These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alto Digital website and the services we provide. By using this site, booking a call, or engaging us for work, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Alto Digital provides website design and development, local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, and lead generation services for local businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Engagement and payment

Project pricing, payment schedule, and terms are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed, work begins once the initial terms are accepted. Recurring services continue until cancelled in line with the agreement.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to supply content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner so we can deliver on schedule. You confirm you have the rights to any content, logos, images, or materials you provide to us for use in your project.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final website and deliverables created specifically for you. We may retain rights to underlying tools, code frameworks, and general techniques, and we may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party services

Our work may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, scheduling, and analytics providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver quality results, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, or revenue, since those depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alto Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the project agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
